Mentor coaching
A deep dive into the core of coaching
“Becoming a masterful coach takes courage. It means leaving the reassuring shores of “knowing” behind and stepping into the unknown. You will have to answer to your own conundrums as well as your client’s. And also, how you show up in your coaching conversations. It is only natural that you need to check in with a colleague every once in a while…”

- Do you find yourself sometimes challenged by a client?
- Wondering if your questions are powerful enough?
- What fears are showing up for you while you are coaching?
- Are you comfortable with silence?
- Do you feel the need to solve the issue for your client?
"Those were some of the reasons for me to work with a mentor coach to upgrade my coaching skills via the Core Competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). It is like going to graduate school: you’ve got the “basics” from graduating from your coach training school. Now, getting to mastery requires deeper insights and change. Mentor coaching is about learning to let go and get out of your own head. It is about being connected fully to your client without feeling the need to ask your favorite questions. Mentor coaching is about learning to hold the space for your client with peace and the confidence that the client will find the answers to their questions themselves.”
