Let's talk about your leadership presence.

Do you show up as the leader you aspire to be?

How has your identity shaped as a leader?

What would integrated leadership look like for you?

01 : Perspective

What makes an inspiring leader?

Great leaders coach people. They know leadership is not about command and direction, but about inspiration and authenticity.

02 : The starting point

Now, how do we get there?

One of the first steps is to become aware of the lenses through which we look at the world, as we see the world not as it is, but as we are. If a lens is working, great. If not, it might be time for a conversation with a specialized leadership coach?

Leadership coaching

Leading people is one of the most challenging roles we can take on in life. We do so because we want to make a difference. But the busy-ness and complexity of today's world, and our own challenges, often distract us from leading with excellence. Tailored coaching conversations offer personalized guidance to help you shift and transform your leadership approach.

Mentor coaching

Becoming a masterful leadership coach takes courage. It means leaving the reassuring shores of "knowing" behind and stepping into the unknown, managing your own presence in the conversation while answering to your own conundrums as well as your client's. Talking to an experienced mentor coach is part of the game.

"Sometimes, being a leader means you have to deal with challenges from morning until evening. What if you could hit a purposeful pause button, allowing yourself to step back, reflect, and meet your challenges with a clear focus and a sense of space?"

Authentic stories. Real challenges. Integrated leadership.

Monique Fanselow is a senior leadership & executive coach who works at the deeper layers of human behavior, helping leaders examine how their way of seeing themselves shapes how they lead and relate to others. She works with how we show up, the conversations we hold, and the actions we take, making room to question long-held patterns and open new possibilities. She is a catalyst for a more powerful impact and helps leaders move beyond insight into meaningful, lasting shifts in how they embody who they are, the foundation of integrated leadership.

A few honest questions, before we talk.

I ask a version of these questions to every new client in our first real conversation. Answering them yourself first (quietly, nobody grading you) tends to make that conversation a lot more useful, for both of us.

Rate each one on how true it feels right now. Not how you wish it were true. Not how you'd answer in a room full of people. Just, right now.

Presence

People in the room know where I actually stand, even when I haven't said it outright.

I can sit in silence during a hard conversation without rushing to fill it.

My reaction in the moment matches what I actually feel ; I'm not performing a calm I don't have.

When I walk into a room, I'm not quietly managing how I'm coming across.

Trust

People on my team tell me things before they have to, not after.

When I don't know something, I say so, and it doesn't cost me credibility.

People push back on my thinking to my face, not just behind my back.

I keep the commitments I make to my team, even when it's inconvenient for me.

what I'd tell you if we were talking

I'm ready to talk

Want to keep this? I'll send it to you as a one-page PDF, and you'll start hearing from me now and then through my blog Real Talk Leadership, real things I'm working through with clients, not a newsletter for the sake of one.

Good, it's on its way, and I've added you to Real Talk Leadership, my blog. You can unsubscribe from that any time; the PDF is yours either way.
